About
Dr. Amy Nash-Kille is a grant writer, researcher, and evaluation specialist with nearly two decades of experience strengthening mission impact through data-driven strategy, compelling narratives, and equitable systems design. She has secured millions in grant funding for organizations ranging from small, community-based nonprofits to national networks. In senior research and evaluation leadership roles, Amy designed and led large-scale initiatives examining outcomes in early childhood and K-12 education and documenting needs related to social justice and community development.
Amy's professional background spans health care, preschool to post-secondary educational settings, wraparound human services providers, culturally specific community organizations, and environmental nonprofits. This cross-sector experience informs her understanding of how organizations and communities can work together to create positive change. She has had the pleasure of collaborating with experts across multiple industries and learning from their approaches, strengthening her ability to adapt best practices to the unique needs of each organization.
As the founder of Bridgecraft Consulting, Amy partners with mission-driven organizations to build stronger programs, clearer stories, and sustainable funding systems - whether pursuing small foundation grants or large federal awards. She brings deep expertise in grant writing and administration, grant and research compliance, program evaluation, data visualization, and organizational process design. She believes that how work is done is just as important as what is accomplished, and that processes are just as important as outcomes.
Amy is committed to culturally responsive, relationship-centered work that supports stronger, more joyful communities.
